Carbon Fiber MacBook

So everything from exotic sports cars to kitchen appliances has received the blessed touch of wonder material carbon fiber. So why not our beloved computers??

Apple has recently filed for patents for carbon fiber enclosures for their products, leading to ideas such as a Carbon Fiber MacBook, Carbon Fiber MacBook Air or even (hold your breath) a Carbon Fiber iSlate! (Yeah, my pulse sped up, too.)

Ok, now one that will make you regret your Cristmas Present:

A Carbon Fiber iPhone.

The photo presented here is, unfortunately, not a spy shot as Apple has probably yet to actually create one of these carbon fiber beauties. Nevertheless, iPod Hotel will keep you updated on Apple’s new releases (and things they’ve just filed patents on too!!)
